For the most common type of hemroids relief is usually found over the counter in nonprescription strength wipe pads, topical creams, topical gels and suppositories. Anti inflammatory agents as well as a numbing agent are typically among the active ingredients. In order to hemroids relief it is important to maintain a clean anus.
