I am 21 and I have had hemorroids since I was 15. Sometimes they swell really big and bleed (not to be too personal) Are there any products that actually shrink them? Or any natural rememdies? I am obsessively self conscience of them. And I know that removing them would be an awful experience. I also have what seems to be IBS so they are constantly irritated. I have tried venapro, and it was a giant waste of money. I am not looking to “cure” them, because im pretty sure that’s not possible, but at least make them shrink so that sexual partners dont think i have a contagious disease or something. I mean, how common is this for people my age? I am just extremely self conscience and looking for any answers I can get. Thanks in advance. Oh, and please don’t make fun of me, or insult my diet, ect. They seem to run in my family.

I developed one (where it bulged out) while I had severe constipation/ lazy bowels but there were no pain or bleeding.

Have a doctor check it out, I heard too much fiber creates hemorrhoids.
