u can try the diet change first high fiber but from exprince i just had 2 external and 3 internal hemroids removed and i battled for 3 years with the external ones not being so bad changing my diet all that stuff , i didnt even know i had internal ones. Now i am being tested for crones disease so good luck, i hope u find a good colon recal surgon
